Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer or other relevant engineering disciplines
• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience preferred
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, machine vision, motion control) preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical is preferred
• Ability to break down, organize, and manage complex projects
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to retain technical details
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers via in-person, phone, email, and video calls

Responsibilities

• Specify a single product, develop a concept, program, or design a complete control package
• Evaluate applications, design control systems, and generate system proposals or project specifications
• Manage projects through production, keeping schedules and reporting status to management or customers
• Provide customer education and act as subject matter expert in training settings
• Contribute to continuous improvement and documentation of internal processes
• Communicate project status to management, sales, and clients
• Offer technical support and training to colleagues and customers
