Job description

Controls Engineer, Data Center – Fixed‑term project based role.

What You’ll Do

• Support capital projects and implement solutions for clients.
• Ensure successful deployment of multiple greenfield data centers, including BMS and EPMS.
• Receive applications from the design team and deploy them to each site.
• Handle point‑to‑point checkout of thousands of devices.
• Configure communication protocols for multiple types of equipment such as switchgear, breakers, and power meters.
• Configure and calibrate instruments: meters, VFDs, flow meters.
• Deploy and commission Ignition applications, Rockwell controls, and other similar control systems involving PLCs and SCADA.
• Provide on‑site guidance and leadership to subcontractors (electricians).
• Become a key contributor in one of the fastest growing verticals at BW Design Group.
• Develop deep expertise in a major emerging market and grow technical skills with cutting edge technology.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
