I’m partnering with an established manufacturer looking for a Controls Engineer who can move comfortably between the plant floor and the bigger picture. You’ll troubleshoot complex equipment, shape controls upgrades, support new installations, and help other engineers and technicians sharpen their skills.

This is a role for someone who likes to own the solution: find the root cause, bring the right people together, and see the improvement through startup and beyond.

What you’ll work on:

• PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, servo systems, sensors, vision systems, and data collection tools.
• Controls design, programming changes, equipment installations, and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting that spans electrical, mechanical, and process issues.
• Projects that improve equipment performance, reliability, quality, and production efficiency.
• Collaboration with production, maintenance, engineers, equipment manufacturers, and vendors.

What you’ll bring:
