Ford in Michigan is seeking a manufacturing specialist to lead problem solving across plants, assisting implementation teams in resolving tooling, equipment and conveyor performance issues. You will help reduce downtime and improve line efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement lasting improvements.

This on-site role focuses on driving operational excellence in Ford's manufacturing environment, requiring hands-on problem solving and strong teamwork to keep production
