Job Requirements

• Manage the identification, development, and implementation of controls for equipment and machinery through the application and monitoring of preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance within a cost-controlled environment to ensure business profitability.
• Diagnose the origin of failures in equipment and machinery using analysis methodologies and equipment specifications.
• Establish plans and procedures that guarantee asset capacity, continuous functionality, and safety of facilities and equipment based on TPM methodology.
• Maintain active plant capacity according to the guidelines of each business unit.
• Monitor maintenance indicators aligned with goals set by each business unit.
• Manage preventive, corrective maintenance, and repair tasks following TPM procedures and methodology.
• Oversee the budget for expenses and maintenance projects related to local and international equipment, machinery, spare parts, and services based on established plans.
• Define the hierarchical structure and systemized classification of plant assets according to organizational data.
• Assist in supervising and implementing CAPEX projects.
• Evaluate on-site projects, review contractor work, coordinate and supervise activities related to maintenance and repair of building and equipment systems, and ensure project completion.
• Be available for all emergencies related to facilities.
• Negotiate, review, and maintain contracts with third-party contractors and vendors.

Work Experience

Bachelor's degree required.

3-5 years of experience in process improvement, preferably related to maintenance processes and functions.
