Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) seeks an Electrical Controls Engineer to design and redesign controls for products, using specifications to develop circuits and control logic. Independent work possible, may lead customer orders.

Responsibilities include drafting control schematics, writing PLC/HMI/PC software, creating BOMs, and providing field and manufacturing support. Collaboration with engineering, sales, and production teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience or Associate's Degree in electrical engineering with 4 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70, National Electric Code, and NFPA 79.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical control circuits.
• Leadership skills for Lead Engineer role.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Electrical

• Create Sequence of Operations, Control Schematics, and Control Panel layout drawings using CAD software.
• Create bills of material and routings for cost estimates and manufacturing.
• Create owner's manuals, test procedures, and other engineering deliverables.
• Perform electrical computations for sizing components.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing.
• Provide field support as required.
• Lead Engineer for sales orders: customer interaction, vendor communication, project management.
