Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Controls Engineer to support electrical control systems, PLC and HMI programs for industrial equipment. You will work on OEM tablet press models and collaborate with the Tablet Press Service Department for maintenance and support.

The role requires strong knowledge of three-phase motor control, electrical schematics, and experience with Studio 5000 and Indusoft Web Studio. Candidates should be prepared for on-site duties in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including three-phase motor control theory.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with HMI development and PLC programming.
• Proficiency with Studio 5000 and Indusoft Web Studio.
• Experience with servo motion control and SQL database reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and program PLCs and HMIs.
• Select and configure AC/DC drives and motors, including servo systems.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 79, UL, and CE standards.

The Controls Engineer will support existing electrical control systems, PLC, HMI programs for industrial controls systems.
