E Tech Group is seeking a hands-on Controls/Automation Engineer local to Goodyear, AZ. You will design and develop application/control systems for diverse processes, work with PLCs, SCADA, and related networks, and travel up to 50% to customer sites. Collaboration and customer-focused delivery are essential.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have 2–5 years’ experience in consulting or industrial automation, including GMP awareness and batch systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 2–5 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency troubleshooting control systems and understanding process controls.
• Ignition Perspective experience; Rockwell product family such as ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PlantPAx, Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk.
• Experience with Proficy/Wonderware SCADA and other PLC platforms (GE, Siemens, Modicon).
• Working knowledge of control system networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet).
• Familiarity with GMP, validation, and S88 batch standards.

• Work in a team environment with emphasis on customer service and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 50% to local sites and support regulatory documentation.

You Will:

• Provide application/control systems design and development for systems of varying complexity

You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related Engineering fields.
• 2-5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education
• Consulting experience
• Proficiency in troubleshooting control systems and an understanding of process controls
• Ignition Perspective experience
• Rockwell experience with products such as: ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PlantPAx, Factory Talk Software Suite, Studio 5000, PLC5, SLC500, RSView, PanelView Plus, etc.
• Other PLC platform experience (GE, Siemens, Modicon)
• Other SCADA and HMI package experience (Proficy and Wonderware)
• Experience implementing detailed control system electrical design packages
• Working knowledge of control system networks (Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, etc.)
• Data Center experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Biopharmaceutical processes, GMP and validation
• Knowledge of S88 Batch standards and experience implementing batch systems
• Instrumentation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
