Qualifications

• Experience as a BAS Design Engineer or similar controls role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or MS Visio for control layouts.
• Hands-on experience with Tridium graphical interfaces.
• Ability to create and interpret SOO (Sequences of Operations).
• Knowledge of BAS programming fundamentals and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and manage BAS control system architecture from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed design packages, submittals, and installation documentation.
• Develop graphical interfaces and configure control software.
• Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines and technical standards.
• Conduct on-site assessments and coordinate with engineers, installers, and staff.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working as a BAS Design Engineer or in a similar controls engineering role
• Proficient with AutoCAD or MS Visio for control system layouts and design
• Hands-on experience developing and modifying Tridium graphical user interfaces
• Capable of creating and interpreting detailed Sequences of Operations (SOO)
• Understanding of controls programming fundamentals and BAS troubleshooting
• Strong documentation, communication, and technical writing skills
• Comfortable conducting job walks and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and internal teams
• Knowledge of building automation and energy management systems
• Experience with ALC (Automated Logic) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
