Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Controls Commissioning Engineer who will be responsible for commissioning control systems and project delivery while ensuring safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and a strong understanding of electrical systems. Qualifications

• Educational background in Electrical/Controls Engineering as a minimum.
• Desirable: Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel up to 80% internationally.
• Full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned project scope and tasks meeting safety and quality requirements.
• Commission controls systems on-site, including electrical and PLC software.
• Produce commissioning documentation including checklists and risk assessments.
• Interpret electrical schematics and design input information.
• Ensure systems supplied are CE compliant to the Machinery Directive.
• Commission Safety Related Part of the Controls system solutions per BS EN ISO 13849/13850/60204.
