Qualifications

• Minimum five years of controls field experience.
• Experience with startup, commissioning, and programming building automation systems.
• Proficient with Niagara, Johnson Controls, Trane, or Honeywell BMS.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, commissioning and programming of BAS systems.
• Interpret control drawings and sequences of operations.
• Interface with customers and contractors during site assessments.
• Document work with time entries and project progression data.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on all sites.
• Coordinate onsite projects with lead technician responsibilities.
