This direct-hire role offers moving assistance, an 8am-4pm schedule, and opportunities to own machine control architectures from concept through customer acceptance, with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and FANUC experience valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and programming industrial automation systems.
  • PLC programming experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or Beckhoff platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, program, integrate, and commission custom automation and robotic systems.
  • Develop complete machine control systems from concept through installation and customer acceptance.
  • Develop control system architectures for automated machinery and robotics.
  • Select and specify PLCs, HMIs, safety systems, motion components, VFDs, servos, sensors, networking equipment, and other controls hardware.
  • Develop PLC programs for automation equipment using Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Bechoff platforms.
  • Program and integrate FANUC industrial robots into automated systems.

responsibilities:
  • Design, program, integrate, and commission custom automation and robotic systems
  • Responsible for developing complete machine control systems from concept through installation and customer acceptance
  • Develop complete control system architectures for custom automated machinery and robotic systems
  • Select and specify PLCs, HMIs, safety systems, motion components, VFDs, servos, sensors, networking equipment, and other controls hardware
  • Develop PLC programs for custom automation equipment using platforms including Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley and Bechoff
  • Program and integrate FANUC industrial robots into automated manufacturing systems
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience designing and programming industrial automation systems
  • PLC programming experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or Beckhoff platforms
  • Experience with industrial robotics, preferably FANUC
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical and controls systems
