Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled PLC Technician to safeguard uptime on PLC-controlled production lines. You will diagnose faults, edit ladder logic, and perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.

The role requires multi-craft capability across mechanical and electrical disciplines, direct experience with hydraulic systems, and flexibility to cover 1st-3rd shifts. Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Omron PLCs is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong PLC troubleshooting and editing experience.
  • Multi-craft capability across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Direct experience with complex hydraulic systems.
  • Willingness to support any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
  • Familiarity with motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair PLC-driven automated production lines to restore throughput quickly.
  • Edit and troubleshoot PLC programs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
  • Perform comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant machinery.
  • Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic to guide fixes.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Uphold safety protocols and maintenance best practices.
