Job summary

Johnson & Johnson IMFT Technology & Data Solutions is seeking a Controlling & Inventory Finance Manager to drive global finance transformation across Controlling and Inventory processes, including MAKE and R&D, through ERP/S4Hana deployment.

The role requires collaboration with process owners and technical teams to capture requirements and to support design, build, testing, and deployment of future-state finance processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and digital transformation goals.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years' finance experience in supply chain, R&D, or manufacturing.
• Expertise in costing, inventory, plant accounting, process development, and digital tools such as SAP ERP and PowerBI.
