The team provides specialized financial advisory services across the business lifecycle, including interim finance leadership, office of the CFO support, finance transformation, financial reporting and modeling, technical accounting, audit readiness, deal and M&A advisory, and PE portfolio company advisory.

Responsibilities will vary by engagement, level, and client need, but may include:

  • Develop timely, accurate, and decision-useful reporting packages for executive leadership, boards of directors, lenders, and private equity sponsors.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, working-capital analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Assess finance and accounting functions, identify, process and control gaps, and implement practical improvements across people, processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, documentation, and governance practices.
  • Manage external audit preparation and execution, including audit schedules, PBC coordination, financial statement support, and issue resolution.
  • Advise clients on U.S. GAAP, technical accounting matters, financial reporting requirements, and accounting policy implementation.
  • Support transaction-related work, including pre-transaction accounting cleanup, quality-of-earnings readiness, diligence coordination, carve-out support, and post-close integration.
  • Partner with private equity operating teams and portfolio company leadership to establish reporting disciplines, improve visibility into performance, and support value-creation initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop client finance and accounting personnel as appropriate.
  • Evaluate and support enhancements to ERP systems, reporting tools, and finance technologies.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with client executives and other stakeholders, translating complex financial matters into practical recommendations and action plans.
  • Contribute to the growth and collaborative culture of the CFO Advisory Practice.
