Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Financial Controller in Nampa, Idaho to lead financial reporting, revenue controls, and cash handling. This role offers a strong salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

You will prepare monthly statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses, and you will partner with operations to optimize processes. Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Strong planning, organizing and analytical skills.
• Experience with POS, cash and credit card reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience


• A minimum of five years’ experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling responsibilities


• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analysesi>
  
• Adept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial information


• Experience with POS, cash and credit card reports


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
