Job summary

Campbell Oil Company is seeking a Retail Controller to supervise all financial aspects of Minuteman Food Mart stores and branded restaurants. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and inventory control to optimize store performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong accounting/finance background, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel; CPA/CMA is preferred. Some remote work opportunities may be available in select roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Retail financial management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel; excellent communication.
