Job summary

KULR Technology Group, Inc in Webster, TX is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function and partner with the CFO. The role covers general ledger, close, cost accounting, budgeting, required filings, and internal controls across manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates will have a CPA, 7+ years of accounting leadership, public company and NetSuite experience, and strong GAAP knowledge. This is an onsite role supporting a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 1-2+ years in a Controller or senior leadership role.
• Public company experience with SEC reporting.
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience including BOMs, inventory/value, and variances.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting function including GL, close processes, and external reporting.
• Own manufacturing costing, BOMs, inventory valuation, COGS, and variances.
• Oversee NetSuite and accounting infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee SEC filings and external audits.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering on cost data accuracy.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team.
