Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Controller or Controller.
• Understanding of project accounting and small company operations.
• Preferred CPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee internal controls, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Manage all aspects of accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and HR.
• Lead month-end close process and office team.

Understanding how to work within a small company and run an office is a plus.

• Construction, Job Costing, Percentage To Completion (Required)
