Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Controller or Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller.
• Commercial construction accounting background required.
• Experience with percentage-of-completion, job costing and joint ventures.
• Proficient with QuickBooks or Foundation and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including consolidated reporting across entities.
• Manage project accounting, including job costing and revenue recognition.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning at project and company level.
• Oversee AP/AR, cash management and banking relationships.
