The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of managerial experience and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include managing accounting functions, implementing new systems, and strategic reporting. This hybrid role offers significant benefits and compensation ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a managerial level.
• Experience in private equity or investment advisory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own all core accounting functions and professionalize processes.
• Evaluate, select, and implement a new ERP system.
• Design and build sophisticated P&L reports.
• Manage the firm’s deal-based bonus and incentive spreadsheets.
• Manage creation of new LLCs and administer capital calls and distributions.
• Monitor bank accounts for high-value deal closings.
