The role requires 5+ years in progressive accounting, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and a degree in accounting/finance. It offers a hybrid schedule and a competitive salary in the $110k–$130k range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Ownership of day-to-day accounting operations.
• Experience in public accounting or CPA is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting operations.
• Perform and oversee core accounting functions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements and cash accounts.
• Prepare general ledger entries and month-end adjustments.
• Assist with payroll processing and accuracy checks.
• Support monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
