You will manage cash flow, financial reporting, and period closures, review records, improve procedures, and provide actionable insights while balancing multiple priorities and independent work.

Qualifications

• BA in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years accounting experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or project lead experience.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• 2+ years client management experience preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide controller-level services including book closure and oversight of accounting processes.
• Support financial management across client projects, including cash flow tracking and financial reporting.
• Review and reconcile records; identify and correct errors.
• Recommend improvements to accounting procedures and systems.
• Evaluate and help implement accounting software tools.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Offer clear, actionable insights to help clients understand their financial data.
• Balance multiple priorities across various clients.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure adherence to generally accepted accounting principles.
