Nienhuis Financial Group, LLC in Kalamazoo, MI seeks an experienced part-time controller/accountant to support a diverse client base with accuracy, discretion, and professional integrity.

You will manage cash flow tracking, generate financial reports, perform book closures, review and reconcile records, and advise on accounting improvements, while evaluating software tools and delivering clear insights to help small businesses understand their numbers.

Education and/or Experience

• BA in accounting, business administration, business management, or other related field
• 10+ years accounting experience
• 2+ years supervisory or project lead experience

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• MBA or master’s in accounting, or other related field
• 2+ years client management experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

CPA preferred
