Controller-Accountant

Full-Time Position Based in Harrisburg, PA

Conexus is growing and we need an experienced assistant controller-accountant in the Harrisburg area to support our mission of keeping our clients’ facilities safe, comfortable and efficient.

What You’ll Do:

• Assume overall responsibility for the financial activities of Conexus
• Support Conexus’ operations teams with reports and insights into job productivity, job costs, efficiency and profitability.
• Manage the monthly and yearly close of financial statements
• Generate financial dashboard data including key performance indicators
• Manage cash flow, banking and lending relationships
• Manage the payroll process

What You’ll Need:

• BS degree in accounting or business-related degree with an accounting concentration
• Experience in construction accounting, specifically job costing and work-in-process reporting
• 2 – 5 years of experience
• Excellent computer skills and a proficiency with Excel
• Ability to work with team members
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
