• Manage the financial statements, ensuring accuracy.

• Oversee month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for assigned properties in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Financial Statements: Manage the financial statements ensuring accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of property portfolios to support strategic decision-making.
• Month-End Close: Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
