Job summary

Boly:Welch is seeking a Controller to oversee full spectrum accounting operations in Vancouver. In this role, you will lead a team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support key business initiatives while fostering a collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA preferred, and over 7 years of leadership experience. Benefits include insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with matching.

• 7+ years of leadership responsibility within accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
• Manage treasury functions.
• Evaluate and strengthen accounting processes.
• Oversee internal controls and audit procedures.
• Support tax compliance efforts.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop the accounting team.
• Work closely with executive leadership on key business initiatives.
