At this time Ascendo Resources is representing a growing private equity holding company that has seen tremendous growth and is looking to bring a new layer of leadership. Revenues are $250 million. This role will lead, develop and create a new team in one of the economy's hottest industries here in South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to the executive team.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure financial stability.
• Oversee the inventory accounting process.
• Ensure accurate recording and allocation of costs, revenue, and billings related to manufacturing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate tracking of project financials.
• Lead and support the financial due diligence process during M&A transactions.
• Manage integration of financial systems, policies, and accounting for acquired entities.
