  • Proven experience in overseeing complex cash flow management and comprehensive year-end audit processes
  • Strong analytical skills to translate intricate financial data into actionable strategic insights for executive leadership
  • The ability to manage and mentor a dedicated accounting team while maintaining a high standard of precision and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting detailed financial reports to stakeholders and external partners
