Job description

Precision Metal Holdings (www.precisionmetalholdings.com) is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the financial operations of the entire organization and serve as the senior-most finance leader and trusted business partner to the CEO and Board of Managers. This position owns accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and treasury, internal controls, and financial planning across all operating companies.

The role spans two operating companies and three facilities: Accurate Fabrication in Hartford and Richfield, Wisconsin, and General Metals in Pine Level, North Carolina. Responsibilities include stand-alone reporting for each entity, consolidated reporting for the platform, and consistent costing, controls, and processes across all three sites. The position is based in Hartford, WI, with periodic travel to Richfield, WI and Pine Level, NC.

The role also owns three areas that sit outside Human Resources today: payroll, employee benefits administration, and the company's commercial insurance program — in each case for all entities and locations. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at both the strategic and transactional level in a lean organization — setting direction one hour and working in the ERP the next — and will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Materials/Purchasing, and Human Resources to improve profitability in a metal fabrication environment where job costing, inventory accuracy, and manufacturing efficiency drive margin.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
