PALFINGER North America, based in Tiffin, OH, seeks a Financial Controller to lead accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting. You will oversee payroll, AP/AR, GL, tax filings and budgeting while supporting strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with 10+ years of GAAP/IFRS experience, plus strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and advanced Excel. This role offers growth within a global engineering company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, sales tax filings, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Establish, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and be responsible for internal and external audit requests.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff.

Reach Beyond with PALFINGER as a Financial Controller, based in Tiffin, OH, to oversee the organization's financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. In this role, you will lead accounting activities, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and financial analysis while supporting strategic business decisions. You will play a key role in maintaining effective internal controls, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Your Responsibilities
