Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience at controller/senior manager level.
• Strong GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls knowledge.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Advanced Excel, including modeling and complex formulas.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication to present financial info to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full accounting cycle, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated and entity-level financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, KPI reporting).
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidations.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and internal controls.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes and provide variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses to support investments.
• Prepare financial reporting packages for executive leadership and board audiences.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, controls, and efficiency.
• Document financial policies and support growth of the finance function.

We are seeking a Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management activities across a multi-entity organization. This role will serve as a key financial partner to leadership by providing accurate financial reporting, actionable analysis, and strategic insights that support business growth and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting leader with strong experience in financial consolidations, budgeting, process improvement, and multi-entity reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full accounting cycle, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated and entity-level financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and KPI reporting.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial consolidations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring reporting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-entity or holding company structures.
• Experience with FP&A tools, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting.
• Exposure to investment analysis, capital planning, or acquisition-related activities.
