Job summary

Grow Op Farms is hiring a Cultivation Sanitation Associate (Entry-Level) in Spokane Valley, WA. The role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with Friday–Tuesday or Sunday–Thursday shifts from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, fully paid training, and no cannabis experience required.

Starting pay is $18.63 per hour with quarterly increases as experience grows. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 40 hours PTO, consistent schedule, monthly product samples, and catered lunches twice a week.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (required under Washington State law).
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • No prior cannabis industry experience required.
  • Sharp attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, sanitize, and reset grow rooms between cultivation cycles to support biosecurity.
  • Sanitize cultivation tools, equipment, irrigation components, and work areas per SOPs.
  • Dispose of plant waste and keep the facility clean and organized.
  • Follow all sanitation, safety, and regulatory procedures.
  • Assist with plant care tasks: transplanting, pruning, watering, feeding, trellising, scouting, and crop upkeep.
  • Support harvest and post-harvest activities as needed.
  • Take on other cultivation and facility support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift, including standing, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
