As a multi-branch electrical contractor, All Systems Electrical is a fast-paced
work environment. We are seeking a Controller to oversee all financial operations,
internal controls, risk management, regional fleet logistics, tool tracking, and
multi-location inventory systems. This senior role is an essential part of company
management, especially as our company undergoes significant growth. This role
manages cash flow, precise job-cost accounting for complex electrical
installations, corporate asset allocations, bonding, and financial reporting to
executive leadership across branches.

Strategic Planning:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in construction or trade-contractor role with working knowledge of job-cost accounting methods.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor accounting teams while communicating financial data clearly to non-financial operational and branch managers.
