Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Controller to join our manufacturing-focused accounting team. This role will support core cost accounting activities, inventory oversight, and financial reporting responsibilities.

The Controller will partner with operations and leadership to evaluate performance, maintain accurate records, and support decision-making across the business. A hybrid work model and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or product-based accounting experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost accounting processes including standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Analyze margins, production costs and operational performance.
• Oversee inventory reporting and related financial controls.
• Assist with month-end close activities and internal reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial accuracy and process consistency.
