• Monitor fixed assets and other key accounting functions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Controller provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's accounting function. Salary range for the Controller is $90k-$120k+/year based on experience.
