Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger and month-end close.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Manage accounting activities across multiple entities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and records.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Partner with leadership on financial and operational matters.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Utilize NetSuite to manage and improve accounting processes and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and controls.
