Job summary

Oliver Search Consulting is seeking an experienced accounting and financial management leader in Fresno, CA. The role encompasses grower accounting, financial statement inputs, and supervision of HR and operations to support annual audits and tax filings.

You will manage complex cash flows, oversee banking, and collaborate with CPAs to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliant processes across the company.

• Liaise with other management to execute business operations and procedures within the company.

Summary:Under the direction of the President, this person would be primarily responsible for grower accounting and company financial management.This includes the processing and maintenance of all records pertaining to contract performance, grower payments, invoicing & collections, retain & equity records, and financial statement inputs for annual audit, tax return and financial statement preparation.

Oversight:This person oversees the Accounting and HR clerk and the Operations Administrator.
