Ideal candidates possess 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and supervisory experience overseeing accounting staff in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate financial statements
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial packages including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate with the CFO on the preparation of annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts
• Manage banking relationships and monitor daily cash flow to support operational needs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
• Coordinate annual audits
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff (Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Staff Accountant).
