Position

An experienced Controller to direct the financial affairs of the firm and prepare financial analyses of operations including monthly and final financial statements with supporting schedules for the guidance of management. Responsible for the firm’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, maintenance of its fiscal records, tax planning, and preparation of financial reports. The position involves supervision over general accounting, property accounting, internal controls, cost accounting, and budgetary controls. Knowledge of GAAP and relevant FASBs required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 10 years related experience required.
