Job summary

CFS in Indiana is seeking a highly experienced Controller to own the plant’s financial function and partner with operations leadership. This 100% onsite role offers visibility to corporate leadership, a competitive salary with bonus eligibility, and solid benefits.

You will lead inventory valuation, budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, and cost accounting, while developing a high-performing finance team across the facility. The position emphasizes accountability and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing finance or accounting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Previous accounting supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control, valuation, and reporting activities across the facility.
• Manage monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor manufacturing cost variances, overhead spending, and capital expenditures.
• Direct and develop finance staff while supporting plant and corporate objectives.
• Provide financial insights that drive operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
