Job summary

Syngenta Seeds Field Crops in the United States seeks a detail‑oriented professional to manage regulated seed cold‑storage operations, ensuring material is received, stored, tracked, and distributed in full compliance with stewardship, biosafety, and documentation requirements.

You will support Corn Trait Introgression activities in controlled environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, maintaining accurate inventory, and using Power BI and Smartsheet to track KPIs and progress of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, plant science, horticulture, or related field.
• Experience with data tools and inventory systems is preferred.
• Ability to work in greenhouse, lab and field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, inventory, organize, and store regulated seed per procedures.
• Maintain seed inventory records and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Monitor cold-storage conditions and equipment performance; ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate distribution or shipment of seed to meet timelines.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Use Power BI/Smartsheet to track KPIs and progress of activities.
• Follow safety, biosafety, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide flexible support across Corn TI priorities as needed.
