Qualifications

• Previous demolition, restoration, or construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow directions.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform controlled demolition work in restoration and mitigation environments.
• Tear down and remove damaged materials.
• Complete job site cleanup and debris removal.
• Safely handle demolition tools and equipment.
• Follow project procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assist with additional restoration-related tasks as needed.
