• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with the customer regarding delivery notes, updates, and order status.
• Ensure all expedited orders are processed and picked in a timely manner.
• Verify that all delivery documentation is accurate, complete, and properly printed.
• Monitor control tower activities and elevate operational issues to Supervisor or Manager as needed.
• Support dispatch, inventory, and control tower teams across functions when required.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, training guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate communication and coordination across internal teams and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, including proper use of PPE on the shop floor and yard.

Control Tower Specialist role is responsible for coordinating communication, monitoring order flow, and supporting operational execution within the control tower, dispatch, and inventory functions. This position ensures accurate processing of delivery information, timely handling of expedited orders, and alignment between internal teams and the customer.

The Control Tower Specialist serves as a key operational support role, maintaining visibility across logistics activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with the customer regarding delivery notes, updates, and order status
• Ensure all expedited orders are processed and picked in a timely manner
• Verify that all delivery documentation is accurate, complete, and properly printed
• Monitor control tower activities and elevate operational issues to Supervisor or Manager as needed
• Support dispatch, inventory, and control tower teams across functions when required
• Follow all standard operating procedures, training guidelines, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate communication and coordination across internal teams and leadership

• Warehouse and office environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
