Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience, or 7+ years combined education/work experience with at least 3 years in relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of control testing methodologies, including control design and operating effectiveness testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on the risk-based testing program.
• Conduct end-to-end process and control walkthroughs with owners.
• Develop testing plans, scripts, and test cases.
• Submit testing populations and samples per methodology.
• Document testing results and evidence in Archer.
• Lead and develop the testing team with coaching and mentorship.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
