Job summary

Citi in Pune, India, is seeking a Control Testing Utility role within the SG&A India team. This IC position focuses on monitoring, analytics, and governance for enterprise controls, with emphasis on data quality and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires strong reporting skills, experience with BI tools, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in dashboards and metrics across Central Testing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, business, finance or related quantitative disciplines.
• Shift timings: EMEA Shift 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST.
• Hybrid work setup with Citi locations in Pune, India.

Responsibilities

• Publish timely and accurate reporting for Control Testing Execution (CTE) teams and reporting platforms.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership through detailed analysis and management reporting.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and areas needing attention.
• Perform in-depth analysis of incidents (INCs) and identify root causes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visuals using Power BI and Tableau.
• Maintain governance, dashboards, and reporting frameworks with AI-enabled tools.
