Job summary

Candidtalent is seeking a controls engineer to design control strategies, program ControlLogix and FactoryTalk, and commission systems on customer sites. You will start leading small project teams with senior engineers overseeing your work, increasing responsibility over time.

The role supports a hybrid or remote arrangement, with travel to customer sites as needed. A degree in electrical, chemical, or computer engineering or engineering technology is required, with Rockwell project experience

Qualifications

• Two+ years hands-on Rockwell project work required.
• Degree in electrical, chemical or computer engineering or engineering technology.
• Experience with ControlLogix, Panel design and FactoryTalk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design control strategy, program ControlLogix and FactoryTalk, design panels and commission on customer site.
• Lead small project teams with guidance from senior engineers.
• Contribute to multi-platform projects including DeltaV, Siemens PCS7, and Ignition.
