Controls Engineer

Base Pay Range: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation: Annual Bonus

This role supports the development of control functions and parameters for cutting‑edge manufacturing systems. It is ideal for an engineer passionate about innovation, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation
• Draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support solution development
• Design test procedures based on product specifications
• Participate in ongoing training and capability development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
• Manage requirements traceability and verification throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring
