The Studio Control Room Tech (CRT) is primarily responsible for filming and directing premium, world-class content for Echelon’s Connect, Row, Reflect, Stride, FitPass, and other modalities. The CRT has a deep understanding and passion for live production and live streaming. They are detail-oriented and strive for perfection. The CRT is also a technical resource to the rest of the team and assists with problem-solving initiatives. They are up to date on production hardware, software, and broadcast technology. A CRT is expected to work 5 shifts per week, one shift per day, including weekends. Shifts are typically either morning-to-afternoon or afternoon-to-evening.
