Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Basic Job Functions
  1. Monitor and operate power generators using multiple control platforms.
  2. Evaluate operational situations against regulatory and contractual obligations.
  3. Enforce change management policies for equipment under O&M jurisdiction.
  4. Monitor equipment not yet under O&M jurisdiction and recognize high-priority alarms.
  5. Operate control systems, predict grid responses, and implement voltage schedules.
  6. Respond to alarms and document responses appropriately.
  7. Perform failure analysis and provide reliability data.
  8. Maximize fleet value through interactions with maintenance teams.
  9. Generate manual forecasts during system failures.
  10. Maintain logs for operational tracking and reporting.
  11. Provide contractually required notifications and reports.
  12. Review safety procedures for high-voltage operations.
Experience
  • Minimum 6 years in power plant operations with high voltage experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plant systems, electrical, and SCADA systems.
  • Experience analyzing equipment performance using software tools.
